A Brave New World Tree
Yes, you heard right we have updated World Tree by Magewappa Z, and we think you'll be pleased. You never saw the original, you only saw the image we had for the campaign.
Believe it or not, we kind of ran this campaign on a whim. We were considering, since this has been quite a tumultuous time that we're living in, it might be better to postpone this year's campaign activity. But not wanting to fall into the category of conformist, we threw caution into the abyss of uncertainty and proceeded anyway.
In the process of getting the rights to Red Dragon Fly in Otaki by NOEYEBROW we happened upon World Tree. We immediately wanted it for our puzzles, although it was a little unpolished for puzzles, having a lot of empty space and no border. We asked the artist to make some changes which he did willingly.
We still thought it lacked something, and so, being pressed for time, we added a bit to the design ourselves to make it more complete. It was just enough to get us through the campaign, and we hoped it would help us pass the threshold of reaching our funding goal, which it did.
Not wanting to commandeer the art, we once again asked the artist if he would be willing to update World Tree to measure up to his own personal standards. Being pleased with the reception that he got for his artwork, he did so and here is the result. As you can see everything is well balanced and there is no dead space.
It's those little extras that make all the difference, and that is what we're all about. We do hope you appreciate the new and improved World Tree.
What's Behind Door #3?
In closing, as we said, "it's the little extras that make all the difference," but I would add it can also be the big ones that set us apart. We teased you with a third puzzle design, and some of you have expressed your curious enthusiasm.
Well, we have added the third design to the Backerkit, so when you fill out your surveys in September you can add the third design to your pledge, already unlocked, with its extras.
In the near future, I will be writing a newsletter/blog post about the image from conception to completion, the artist we chose and the interesting circumstances and surprises we did not expect. So, if you're signed up for our newsletter you can read all about it.

First, let me begin by saying that we have been in touch with our manufacturer, and the wait time on production has been drastically reduced! YAY!! So, we are hoping to aim for that early 2021 delivery for your rewards. Although we can't make any promises, thanks to the still high level of uncertainty in the shipping world, we will do our absolute best to keep things moving forward. We'll keep you posted, but at least that's some good news.

We’re certainly not the Biggest, the Baddest, or the Loudest, but like Frodo and Samwise Gamgee, we managed to pass through the badlands of Mordor and reach the safe haven of success. It’s all thanks to You, our partners in this journey along the somewhat weathered and wearisome road.
All Tolkien metaphors aside, in short we wouldn’t be here without you and because of that we can once again offer you some really great puzzles with some outstanding artistry that you’ll be tickled to add to your collections.
Maybe we exagerate a little, but you get the message 🤪
As you know we mentioned a July 2021 delivery date, but of course we will work for something much sooner. We just don’t want to create any false expectations. Better to shoot for the worst and hope for the best.
We’re also working on something rather special at the moment and if possible would like to add this 3rd title in the production run. “Hopes brings (notice I left out the s) eternal,” and, in this case, it very well could.
You’ll get to see the debut of this wonderful work of art when all the pieces are put in place. But we’ll save the suspense for now.
In the meantime, if you need to update your payment method you’ll be getting or may have gotten a notice. Please do so at your earliest convenience. Thank you!

Funding Goal Met!!

Hello Everyone,
Thanks to all of you, we surpassed our goal of $5000 yesterday! YAY!! 🎉 We can't say, "THANK YOU, enough. 😊 We still have 8 days to go, and a lot can happen in that time. As long as we stay the course and remain above our funding goal by next Friday, we're good to go, and we'll be able to place the order with our 🧩 manufacturer. The earlier the better.

Hey Everybody,
We just wanted to say a quick, “Thank YOU,” to all of you who came out to support us in these first few days of the campaign. Thanks to your pledges, we are now 63% funded! We’re so happy to see so many returning backers and customers, welcome back! To our new backers, welcome, we’re so glad you found us!
Some Confusion
Two of our backers brought up some good questions. First was the difference between shipping and freight. So, to be clear....
"Shipping" refers to the individual shipping charges for each of your rewards. Each backer will be charged the applicable shipping when you fill out your survey. Please see the shipping chart in the campaign.
"Freight" refers to the approximately $4500 - $5000 (not including VAT) that we will be covering to ship the puzzles in bulk to both our fulfillment house in Germany and our location here in the USA. This project is focused on raising the funds for manufacturing not freight, though any extra that we raise will go to offset that cost. FYI, sea freight costs increased by 50% on January 1st of this year, hence the high number.
Customs - For International Backers
The second question was about customs. Each backer is responsible for paying any customs duty. This is not something we charge, but you might have to pay these fees before the courier will deliver your package. Otherwise, you’re package will be returned to us. Please keep this in mind. And thanks to the two backers who brought these issues to our attention!
