Greetings Kickstarters!
In case you missed last week’s update, we just launched the latest Kickstarter for our newest Playing Grounded Exclusive art, When Men Became Boys by NOEYEBROW.
Since it won’t be possible for us to get puzzles to you by this Christmas, we wanted to at least give you the chance to get a print of this beautiful work of art this year. BUT we still want to make the puzzles, so we’ve added it as the ultimate stretch goal.
Whether we unlock the puzzle with this Kickstarter or not, we will still attempt to run a Kickstarter in the spring of 2022 which will include When Men Became Boys, as well as two NEW creations from our beloved artist, Fuzichoco.
However, if it is unlocked we’ll need to raise that much less for next year’s campaign.
Not Into Prints?
We understand if prints isn’t your thing. But we do hope that you will be willing to share our project with friends and family to help us reach our goal (and, hopefully, our ultimate stretch goal) and make this yet another addition to our puzzle arsenal.

Playing Grounded 2021: Still in the Fight!

Greetings!
We hope this update finds you well and in good health! It seems like forever since we’ve written our last update, but there’s no point in writing unless you have something worth writing about! So we hope our latest news will be of some interest to you.
Although this work of art is slated for our 2022 jigsaw puzzle lineup, we were so excited to share it with you, that we decided to run this Kickstarter for prints. The prints will only take a week or two for us to get in comparison to puzzles which right now have a production time of at least 2-3 months plus another 1-2 months shipping. Since there's no way we could get puzzles out by Christmas, we thought this would be a nice alternative.
On Our Wish List
We will be attempting to run a puzzle Kickstarter for this work of art as well as two other designs by our beloved artist Fuzichoco in the spring of 2022. Having said that, we did include the When Men Became Boys puzzle as the ultimate stretch goal of this campaign (due to ship by December 2022).
For Your Eyes Only
The inspiration for When Men Became Boys came last December when we received a photo card from the DAV (Disable American Veterans) of two soldiers decorating a Christmas tree in what we believe to be somewhere in the South Pacific (see project for more details).
We hope that we have sparked your curiosity, in the very least, and that you will continue to enjoy our creative endeavors. Thank you for all of your support! It's because of you that we're still in this fight!!

Hello Everyone,
We just wanted to let you know that we have finished shipping all of your rewards. Many, if not most, of you have already received your puzzles. If you haven't and you need us to resend your tracking info, just send us a message.
This was a very long, drawn-out and, at times, rather stressful project. You all stayed with us and supported us every step of the way. We can't say THANK YOU enough!! In the end, it felt really great to be able to pack-up and ship your newly reprinted puzzles. We hope you all enjoy them!

At Long Last...The Reprinted Puzzles Are Here!

Hello To Our Incredibly Patient Backers!
US Backers
The reprinted puzzles just arrived this afternoon. YAY! Now we can finally start US fulfillment. Please bear with us as we try to get out your rewards as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will send your tracking info to the email that we have on file (whatever email is on your Backerkit survey, unless you notified us otherwise).
Change of Address
If you've moved and haven't let us know-several of you have already-please contact us ASAP. We know life can be unpredictable, and it's hard to keep track of everything. So just send us a message or email, and we'll make sure your rewards go to the correct address.
International Backers
If you haven't received your rewards yet, please let us know. Quite a few packages were delayed for weeks, but eventually got to their destination. We appreciate your patience, but if you feel like you've been waiting too long, let us know so we can look into it.

Shipping Update on Reprints

Apologies for not posting sooner, but we wanted to gather more info before updating you.
International Backers
For those of you who requested copies of the reprinted puzzles and paid the additional shipping, your puzzles are on the way! Some of you may have already received them. If you still want the reprints but haven't made the payment, please do so at your earliest convenience. Thanks!
US Backers
Due to a long delay with our shipping company, the puzzles won't be shipping to us until March 7th. We're really sorry about this. Our manufacturer did all they could to speed up the process, but I guess the shipping world is still in a bit of turmoil. Because of this, we're not sure exactly when we'll get them here. It could be mid-March or early April. We HOPE it's soon. When we know more, we'll let you know. Thanks for being understanding!
A few backers requested copies of the reprinted puzzles, but we haven't received payment. If you're unsure, please check with us. If you made the payment and got a confirmation from PayPal, you should be all good.
A Bit of a Set Back
Unfortunately, we have to pay both the shipping and logistics fees on the misprinted puzzle shipment, as well as the new shipment, upwards of $7200 total. This wasn't completely unexpected, but it is a bit of a set back, especially since we've already opened negotiations for new puzzle art (by Fuzichoco) and a commissioned work. We've already paid for the one shipment, but we'll have to pay for the second before placing any more orders.
Having said that, if you know anyone who might like to try our puzzles please share what we do. We sell on several different platforms.
