Hello Everyone out there who is receiving notifications about your rewards. It seems that Happyshops is sending some bad information about your orders. We're doing our best to make sure they fix this as soon as possible. Rest assured it will be corrected. 

Thank you to all of for letting us know so we can get to the bottom of this unfortunate situation.

Last Chance for Address Changes

Hey Everyone,

Great news, production was completed last week, and Happyshops just received their portion of the shipment! We are still waiting on the certificates from the printer. Once we get them to Happyshops, they'll be able to start international fulfillment. 

Having said that, please, if you haven't done so, fill out your surveys so that we can include you in the fulfillment list. Also, this is your last chance to make changes to your shipping address. If you are outside the US, we need you complete any changes by this Saturday November 14th, at the latest. If you need more time, message us and let us know.  If you think you'll be moving between now and January, please let us know ASAP!

Good News! We're Ahead of Schedule!

Greetings Everyone!

We have some good news. But before we get to that, please let me emphasize that there is nothing set in stone. We can’t make any promises on delivery dates. All we can do is pass on the information that we have and make a tentative timeline that we will follow to the best of our abilities.

Surveys

And Now for the News

We just got word from our manufacturer that production will start in 3 weeks! With that said, the shipment should arrive at Happyshops by late November or early December. It will most likely arrive in the US mid-December. What does this mean for you?

International Backers

Happyshops informs us that if they get the puzzle shipment by early December, they should...SHOULD, be able to start fulfillment before the holidays. If all goes as planned, this would mean you’ll receive your puzzles anywhere between December-February, depending on where you live and how crazy the shipping situation is at the time. Again, we’re not making any promises, except that you’ll get your rewards ASAP.

US Backers

Based on our experience, keeping in mind that things are drastically different now than in past years, even if the shipment arrives in the US in mid-December, we might not receive it until late December or January. We will most likely start fulfillment after the holidays for this reason. If it arrives earlier, we’ll do the best we can, but we’ll notify you ahead of time.

Even though we can’t promise anyone’s rewards by Christmas, it’s still much better than a June/July 2021 delivery date! We hope you agree. 😉

Welcoming All Wonders - Last Chance!

As mentioned in a previous update, our stock of Fuzichoco's Welcoming All Wonders is running extremely low. We literally have 4 copies left for international backers! If you haven't filled out your survey, and you want this puzzle, please do so ASAP, because once these puzzles are gone, they're gone for good! 😱

Still Waiting...

We are still in the waiting period for production, but that's okay since the international shipping situation is a complete mess, at least from our experience. We would rather have both production and shipping go as smoothly as possible, so we'll be patient and keep you posted.

Surveys on the Way!

Hey Everybody,

This is a kind of important update, so please read when you get a moment. We officially placed our puzzle order on Monday. Now we’re looking at about a 3 month turnaround for production and shipping, but that could change. As always, we’ll keep you posted on that.

Surveys

We’re going to start sending out surveys next Monday August 31st. We are required to run a test and send out 5% of the surveys first. If you happen to be one of the.... 

and you run into issues, or just have questions, please let us know ASAP by emailing us at [email protected]. Thanks!

Why So Soon?

If this is your first time backing one of our campaigns, then you might question why we send out the surveys before production is even complete. The reason is that we need to know how to split our puzzle shipment. The puzzles are made in the EU, and a portion of the shipment goes to our fulfillment house in Germany for all of our international backers, while the rest is shipped to our warehouse in the US. By knowing the puzzle counts well before hand, we can coordinate with our freight forwarder and our fulfillment house to ensure that we have adequate stock without leaving an excess overseas. I hope that makes sense.

If you move or are planning to move sometime after you fill out your survey, you can always reach out to us at the email above to update your shipping address. We’ll post updates before we commence fulfillment to ensure that everyone’s information is up to date.

Let’s Avoid Confusion Down the Road

Whether you are a new backer or returning, we need to explain how we are handling the certificates of authenticity this time around. 

If you backed for any of our three new puzzles, Red Dragonfly in Otaki, World Tree, or Lamb of God (available when you fill out your survey), you will receive one certificate of authenticity with each of the puzzles.

However, we cannot offer certificates or postcards with any of the other puzzles available in Backerkit. Sorry.
